Well, without getting too scientific, basically there are two regions of the penis that react to properly applied pressure by growing. These areas are known as the penile suspensory ligaments, and the Tunica. The suspensory ligaments support your erection as it stretches to its full size. It holds the penis firmly to the body. When you apply pressure to this area the ligaments permanently stretch. This adds an inch or an inch and a half to your erect and flaccid penis size.

Scientifically, it is known as being composed of the Tunica the corpus cavernosa, and the corpus spongiosum. When you apply pressure to these areas the shaft will actually grow outward as well as become thicker. When this happens the corpus cavernosa, which holds all of the blood, will be able to hold a larger volume of blood, therefore making your erection bigger. The same holds true for the spongiosum.
Will my penis retract to its original size after getting inches larger?
No it will not shrink back to the size before you did the exercises. The penis is not a muscle, so it does not require the maintenance that muscle gains do. The gains are permanent. Unlike pumps and pills which require a life time of use, this is a one time affair.
